Very noisy tyre in 205/40 17
I have 205/40 17 on my mk6 Fiesta ST, and they are the loudest tyre i have ever driven, including winter tyres, all year tyres and all terrain tyres. I'm very disappointed with the PS5 from Michelin. The Fiesta is already a loud car with Miltek exhaust, but the tyres can still be heard 😒
A decent step forward over PS4's I have fitted to my R32. Excellent grip in wet and dry, confidence inspiring with with better feedback. Comfort and refinement levels are excellent as well, softening off road imperfections with low levels of road noise. Rolling resistance is much better vs the PZero's previously fitted. I have seen a 10-15% fuel consumption improvement on a motorway run since fitting. Good tyres matter. These are the best out there at the moment in my opinion.
They're performing great and have amazing grip/traction.. however my fuel efficiency has dropped and its quite noticeable. Other than that they're great.
Best tyres I think I have ever had fitted to a car.My car is more comfortable with less road noise and is massively more fun to drive faster.Wet weather handling is a vast improvement too. Side wall is as with most tyre brands over populated with graphics of which I am not a big fan aprt from that very happy with my purchase.

I feel in the wet, the tyres lack grip when putting a good amount of power down, but in the dry they are exceptional. Even though I drive quite hard - wear is great too... 7000 miles and they still are not far off new. Impressive
Yes- great. In town, on the main roads and motorway. Assured driving in all weathers.
The tyres are maintaining exceptional grip in both wet and dry conditions, I have not experienced skidding or sliding at all. I have also managed to decreased rolling resistance and running noise with these on, so very happy overall. So far, I have not noticed any significant wear on them either.
