Pilot Sport 4 TIRE REVIEW

Very very good in the wet, though as they wear away their performance drops and it is not 100% this is only on 2000/3000 miles use. Otherwise fantastic value for money and very good grip in dry conditions also. Not much tyre noise.

The new tyres make me feel confident and assured when driving on damp/wet conditions. I would recommend these tyres.

Having spent the past 5 years driving with Goodyear Eagle Asymmetric tyres I thought it was a good opportunity to take advantage of a discount on Michelin tyres opting for these with a supposed increased performance in the wet and fuel economy, but with slightly more road noise. Having had all 4 replaced I wouldnt say there is any increase in road noise (the same if not less), no noticeable difference in mpg but they do seem to grip / stick better and on that alone I would keep with these and recommend them over the Goodyear.

Excellent in all conditions

PS4 on front and rear axels perform very well in all conditions, excellent grip dry or wet roads driving, cornering and braking. As to longevity - the rear set (275/40x19) have done 8k and are showing even wear across the tyre with just under 5mm tread left. The front set (245/45x19) have done 5k and again with even wear and just over 6mm tread left. Very impressed.

Absolutely superb in all conditions, and when braking / cornering hard. Can't recommend them highly enough!

This is my first time using the Michelin PS4's and I'm very pleased with my decision, the grip levels available are very impressive
